Quality Candy / Buddy Squirrel is distributing the 2009 MACC*Star ornament at all 13 convenient southeastern locations. This year the Star was designed by 9-year old Noah Polzin of Waukesha, Wisconsin. Ornaments are $10.00 each.

The MACC*Star ornament has been sold at Quality Candy / Buddy Squirrel locations for the MACC Fund since 1991.

Net proceeds from the sale of the MACC Star will raise funds which are crucially important in the fight against childhood cancer and related blood disorders.

The MACC Fund, Midwest Athletes Against Childhood Cancer, Inc., is a charitable organization formed in 1976 to support research into the effective treatment and cure of childhood cancer and blood disorders. Cancer is the leading disease-related cause of death in children after the newborn period.
