ELIGIBILITY

Open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and (EXCLUDING PUERTO RICO) and Canada, who are 18 years of age or over as of the date of entry. Sweepstakes begins Tuesday, January 19, 2010, at 8:00 a.m. and ends Sunday, February 14, 2010, at 12 a.m. For purposes of these Official Rules, all times are Central Standard Time (CST).

Employees or agents of Quality Candy Shoppes / Buddy Squirrel of Wisconsin, Inc ® (the "Sponsor") and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies, and the members of their immediate families or those persons living in the same household of such individuals are ineligible to enter or win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

ENTRIES

You may enter Sweepstakes one way: (1) Online: Access the Sweepstakes web site at www.qcbs.com and complete the online entry form in its entirety and click on the Register button. No mechanically reproduced mail-in entries will be accepted.

Online entries must be received before Sunday, February 14, 2010, at 12 a.m. Only one entry per person, per e-mail is permitted, regardless of method of entry. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like entry methods will void all such entries.

One winner will be chosen at random and will be notified by email, mail or phone.
